Note: If you're new to dancing in heels, here are some helpful pointers:

1. Start with no more than 3 inch heels. 
2. Dancing is hard on shoes, so don't use your best pair.
3. Finding the right heel is a hit or miss process that requires a bit of experimenting. Chunky boots, wedges, and heeled Mary Janes are a great start. Avoid high stilettos or open toed shoes. Look for ankle support.
4. Stretch your calves and hamstrings after every class. Dancing in heels takes the body some time to get used to.
5. Come with an open spirit! The best part of this class is building your confidence and that comes from the inside. You don't even need to wear shoes if you don't want to!
